BECO at IAFTC for the First Time – and Loving It

IAFTC 2026 was a milestone for us:

Our booth saw strong traffic throughout the week, giving us the opportunity to showcase our innovative equipment to a highly engaged audience. The energy, openness, and passion of the global aquatic community truly stood out.

What inspired us most? The personal connections—with instructors, therapists, and aquatic professionals who are shaping the future of this industry every day.

These conversations reinforced just how dynamic and innovative the field is—and how important high-quality equipment is for effective work in the water, with many visitors praising the quality and functionality of our tools.

Hands-On Action: Demos, Feedback & Real Experience

One of the biggest highlights for us were our in-water demo sessions.

Participants jumped right in—literally—testing our products and exploring new training approaches firsthand.

A special shoutout and heartfelt thank you to the Kataqua team with Katrien, Anne, Jeanette, Ine and Elsie who led and supported the demo sessions with incredible energy, expertise, and passion. You made a huge impact in helping participants truly experience our equipment—thank you!

The feedback we received was invaluable—and so was the collaboration in the water: try it, learn it, discuss it, improve it.

Huge thanks to everyone who joined the sessions and got hands-on with our gear!

Shoutout to the Organizers

A big thank you to the entire AEA team for putting together such an outstanding event.

Their dedication created an experience that:

  • seamlessly connects theory and practice
  • strengthens international networking
  • drives innovation across the industry

And let’s not forget the grand finale:
The gala dinner was the perfect way to wrap up the week—packed ballroom, great conversations, and an amazing vibe on the dance floor.

BECO: Experience Meets Innovation

With nearly 100 years of experience in developing swim and aquatic equipment, we’re excited to now be represented in the U.S. through our partner BECO USA.

IAFTC was an important step for us to introduce our products to the North American market, build new partnerships and to better understand the needs of aquatic professionals worldwide.
